Brett Roer

Senior Director of AI, Innovation, and Professional Development for CITE

A former NYC Public Schools Principal in the Bronx, Brett leads AI leadership development and professional learning across New York City Public Schools and districts statewide, supporting principals, teachers, students, and families through human-centered, policy-aligned initiatives. His work includes leadership academies, whole-staff AI literacy professional development, community listening sessions, student voice initiatives, family workshops, and targeted systems work focused on instructional coherence, multilingual communication, and chronic absenteeism. Brett’s work sits at the intersection of AI literacy, leadership clarity, and community voice.

Versha Munshi-South

seasoned leadership coach and strategic advisor

Versha Munshi-South is a seasoned leadership coach and strategic advisor supporting senior education leaders in driving transformational change. With 25+ years of experience as a teacher and principal in NYC and as a national education consultant, she partners with districts and organizations on executive coaching, professional development, and data-driven strategy that improves outcomes while keeping student voice and experience at the center of learning.

Richard Tudda

Coach & Instructional Specialist

Richard has served as an educator for the New York City Department of Education for almost thirty years, in various capacities: district educational administrator, assistant principal, Lead Instructional Mentor, instructional coach, curriculum writer/staff developer and pedagogue. He proudly served as the Instructional Science Lead & STEM Specialist at the Staten Island Borough Office (D31), supporting K-12 science instruction for more than a decade and has an excellent working knowledge of the NYS Science Standards, the Next Generation Science Standards and the Amplify Science K-8, NYCDOE Science Core Curriculum Program. Richard has conducted hundreds of hours of both in-person and remote professional development for CITE teachers and administrators on topics such as: classroom management; questioning & discussion; differentiated instruction; transforming teacher practice, planning & pedagogy to increase rigor as well as, implementing the Amplify Science curriculum. His specialty is supporting CITE schools in the content area of Science K-8.

Zuri Jackson-Woods

educational consultant and former NYC public school leader

Zuri Jackson-Woods is an educational consultant and former NYC public school leader with over 30 years of experience supporting students, families, and educators. A proud Brooklyn native, Zuri has served as a special education teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, borough enrollment director, and senior administrator within New York City Public Schools. She partners with schools and organizations, including the Center for Integrated Training & Education (CITE), to lead equity-centered professional development and strengthen systems that expand access and improve outcomes for all students, particularly those historically underserved. Her work focuses on inclusive instruction, educator capacity-building, and building strong school–community partnerships.
